Pros

working from home, many employees care about the work, work-life balance is okay, benefits are okay.

Cons

Leadership is generally absent. There is a lack of clarity in roles and purpose. Projects are established and then the focus changes before the project is finished, and without effective communication; wasting time and resources. The HR system for employee evaluation lacks objectivity, includes demoralizing language, and is not aligned with stated values.

Great people with a well meaning mission to support the community they services with access to healthcare

Cons

There is generally a gap in transparency between the executive team and middle management regarding vision and decision making. There are (though they are getting better) mixed messaging on priorities since there are too many. Generally it feels like everything is a knee jerk reaction.
