Pros

Caring leadership, exception benefits (very low employee contribution even for family members), merit based promotions, performance driven culture, extraordinary employee appreciation efforts,

Cons

Middle level management could do better at change management and communicating how the strategy aligns with our mission, vision, and values. Often the message sent from the CEO and executive leadership doesn't make it to the front line employees or is manipulated along the way to align with the middle managers motivations.

Pros

work from home is the only decent thing

Cons

I would not recommend applying for any jobs at the moment as it's very tumulus. Lot of restructuring and folks being laid off at a moment's notice. The pay is low, and middle management lacks a clear understanding of the job. They often make last-minute decisions that contradict prior discussions, dismissing earlier ideas as unimportant. Career growth opportunities are scarce, and the company tends to hire friends of management who have no prior experience in the role. When seeking feedback on why we're not selected for positions, the response is often nonexistent, as decisions seem to be based on personal relationships rather than merit. Communication is extremely poor, with important information rarely being passed down effectively. For the company to succeed, management needs to be more proactive instead of constantly reacting to issues as they arise.
