Pros

Benefits are good. Co workers aren't bad until managers bad mouth you. I'm struggling to think of anything else that is positive here.

Cons

Micromanaging to the point where you know that no matter what you do, your manager will find fault. HR is no help. In fact, they really don't care how you're treated. It's more about pleasing managers. If you want to dread going to work, don't mind the stress of being criticized for absolutely every thing you do, being put down to your coworkers (and visa versa) managers who scowl and yell at you at every turn. Extremely unprofessional. This is truly the worst place I've ever worked.

It's a nice place to work.

Pros

Benefits are great. People are friendly. They survey staff regularly to see where things are amiss and make efforts to improve.

Cons

They run understaffed and are always playing catchup. Quite a bit of fire fighting. There are poor hiring decisions for management roles. Little is done to train them till they get into trouble and surveys reflect problems.
