Started out well but went downhill when the company decided to go into acquisition mode and hired new management.

Pros

The salaries are comparable to other health plans but tend to be lower because of the location of the company. Middle level management seems to work well.

Cons

HR does not support its employees. Senior management is not willing to work with his employees and help them succeed. Everything works well unless you go against the wishes of key individuals in the company.
