Pros

* Delighted customers willing to champion the products * Great people culture with an emphasis on diversity and inclusion and strong values around collaboration * Nice perks in the office - drinks, snacks, lunch daily, etc. * Entrepreneurial start-up mode atmosphere creates opportunities to acknowledge skill gaps and take ownership of programs * Strong, clear, and consistent communications from executive leadership who are very approachable * For roles where it makes sense, a strong willingness to hire remote workers to ensure they find the best fit for the position * I rarely receive emails from colleagues on the weekends or holidays - Dutonians work hard during the week with sane hours and really do, for the most part, unplug on the weekends and holidays

Cons

* Despite going public earlier this year, still operating in start-up mode in many ways with lack of clarity on resource alignment with expectations and requirements * Recent shifts in management create opportunity for growth, but can result in periodic lack of direction for teams * Lots of great ideas and messages going out the door, but it is often inconsistent and leaves many wondering about the strategic direction of the company longer term

Really impressive!

Pros

I've found PD to be really impressive in a number of ways - to start with, benefits, salary, perks, PTO, all far exceeded what I was expecting. And then the people - there's no "brilliant jerks" in sight - everyone is super kind and helpful, and the smartest people are even more so! On top of that, there's a number of ERGs and a lot of deliberate thought put into D&I, which is really refreshing - it's a new feeling to be proud of my workplace!

Cons

The frantic pace of growth has led to some temporary confusion, but it's looking like just a blip on the radar before some more smooth sailing :)
