      Pros

      Love how many employee resource groups there are, few wellness days a year where company shuts down, above average pay, great team mates, career progression opportunities

      Cons

      Not very flexible with working hours especially due to timezone differences, very hustle culture, how good a team is varies by department, doesn't seem to be consistent across the company.

      Horrible Managment

      I struggle to find any!

      Cons

      Leadership is lacking in a huge way! There are people leading Teams that have absolutely know business managing people and are totally unqualified to do so. More lay offs and zero communication from the top down. I worry every day if I will have a job the following week and my manager cancels every meeting. Our entire Team feels in the dark with more layoffs looming.
