Pros

Great colleagues Product is well liked by customers Fun and impactful problems to solve for customers Great CSM org

Cons

Less than 10% of sales people hit quota Sales is managed by fear and misguided dogma. Make sure you are comfortable with the 1st, 2nd, and 3d line sales leadership. Back channel each and everyone during the interview process. There are some terrible leaders, esp. in the West, who might make a good impression in the interview but have no place in leadership. Request interviews with people of your choosing to get the "behind the scenes". Quota and white space are mismatched Extremely high staff turnover

Pros

I'm genuinely struggling to think of any. I used to be one of PagerDuty's biggest fans and used to be so proud to work here. We *used* to have a great culture, work-life balance, and great benefits. I am grateful we still have an actual PTO balance and not "unlimited" PTO which is not a real benefit. Also grateful that PagerDuty has not announced a Return to Office mandate.

Cons

Any benefit at PagerDuty that made me want to work here, that made the company competitive, is now gone.
