Management is approachable and open to new ideas, and the work feels meaningful because you’re actually making a difference for our kupuna. Our CEO really cares about the staff and care we provide. She is willing to roll up her sleeves to help get the job done. The environment feels welcoming and family-like, and there’s a lot of pride in the care our team provides.

One of the best places I have worked and the top LTC facility on the island. I have been at several facilities and this place is well organized and managed. Good management, everyone works very hard and is a fun place to celebrate life and achievements with your friends & coworkers. Staff celebrate every holiday and multicultural events, special to residents and staff background.
