Cons

Management makes you work every major holiday even if it isn’t a normally scheduled shift. As of recently the company started to make bartenders pay out service bar with their tips even though service bar doesn’t help take care of guests at all. So we went from splitting it 2 ways to now 3. They also made it so we couldn’t take the cocktail tables in the bar area as a dining table so that took more money out of the bartenders pockets

The money is pretty good for just starting recently starting, staff (excluding management) are very helpful.

Cons

Management is actually one of the worse I have ever worked under. No empathy or understanding. Toxic, will try to manipulate/gaslight you. It starts from the top and trickles down. It sucks just starting and seeing this is what it's like early on
