-Schedule too many servers -Front and Back of House Side duties plus silverware -Will get yelled at for not running food, even thought you have to go greet a table in “45 seconds” according to their rules -management is all push overs let anything slide -they “pick out of a bowl” to have you food run, once a month, but they lie there is no bowl and they will make you do it twice -Pay checks are not a thing, it’s all on a “pay card” which you get charged a fee to use -The customers are excruciatingly awful -Anyone who complains get a free meal, therefore no tip is made -Tip out of server assistants but then have to find them to clean your table or make sweet tea… crazy! -All white uniforms, so stupid, makes your look dirty when someone accidentally spills something on you -I could go On and On, but the worst thing about it all, is you have 27 steps you have to follow, and still only walk out with $100-200, not worth it at all, feel like you would be better off at a chili’s or something *this place is way over priced and gross in the back, the dishes aren’t cleaned properly, and the silverware*

abuse of power -misogyny -lack of communication skills amongst management -ambiguous expectations and standards -favoritism -high turnover rate -lack of trained, professional managers -managers refusal to take responsibility in their shortcomings, but quick to take it out on employees -hiring inexperienced and unqualified people as supervisors to conceal the fact that they are short on managers -short on managers because it is clearly a toxic place to work
