Pros
Hmmmm.... would need to think hard to come up with one.
Cons
You can cut the misery and negativity with a knife. I leave every morning with the intent of making it a happy, productive day... and everyday they find a way to ruin it. The work is massive and you can't even talk to your co-workers, even when it's about work! Work queues out the wazoo... quotas, quotas, quotas. Expect to be treated like you're in a work camp. The chiefs don't care, they sit back without a piece of paper on their desk. It's all about "delegation, delegation, delegation." The pay is shamefully low compared to the amount of work they expect. There is ZERO work-life balance. The amount of work is so massive that I could literally work all night, every night and still would not be caught up because your "work queue" fills up quicker than you can work it. Zero recognition. Do yourself a favor and pass on this one, if you're offered a job there. I wish I had, and am looking for another position after being there 3 months. I already know this isn't the place for me.
