Pros

Nice building surrounded by businesses that cater to the complex. Benefits start at 75 days. Complex has large cafeteria with everything needed to have lunch. Flex schedules and quarterly bonuses.

Cons

It is very unorganized from the time the offer is accepted to orientation. I felt very unvalued as an employee and was thrown to wolves after little training. As others have mentioned, asking questions is not handled to well. I felt as if it was annoying to other coworkers to ask for help. There wasn't much of a team environment. Furthermore, they really do not pay well and it is lower than similar companies.

A fun work group. Open door to managers. Good pay. Not micro managers. Most people are team players.

Cons

Some employees have been around a long time and don't like change so fight it. The technology is out of date and didn't keep up with the growth.

No training. If you ask an question, they will refer you to one of many manuals to figure it out and they feel like it's wrong type or repeated question you get reported to higher management Manager will send an email with excerpt from company manual instead of talking to you directly Will point out minor things and threaten your job and/or post your job on the website, instead of showing you the correct way to become an valueable employee No open door policy
