Poor management. Upper VP could care less about those under him and gossips. Very unprofessional, I lost all respect for him.

Parallon is a fairly new company (broke off from HCA) and has many opportunities to improve. The company has a smaller feel because it is spread out to multiple SSC's around the country. The company seems to hire a decent number of workers with little to no experience and could be a great opportunity for someone looking to enter the healthcare industry.

Cons

Overall the pay seems to be about 10% low across the board for all positions.
