Company operates on such a lean staff that it's impossible to produce effectively. Disconnect because there are so many divisions operating independently.

If your off the phones it's an easy job. Worked there for six years...met some good people. Gained good experience about the way healthcare system works. Especially how insurance companies work.

Cons

Bad benefits vacation sick and holiday pay are all lumped together. If you speak your mind even in a professional manner you will never move up. At one point there were three generations of family working here - daughter, mother, and grandmother in management. And the daughter was fast tracked up to management. Perfectly fine job if you keep your mouth shut and kiss rear. Also you have a strict time tracker you even have to select bathroom if you have to go.
