annual merit increases are low - although the company is doing so well; Human Resources needs to be firmer with the dress code and how corrective actions are handled

Sr Leadership is out of tune with reality. They are too gungho on "do more with less" and the business model is not working. They are not investing enough with it's employees and technology.
