Pros

The work is cool and exciting The intimacy with the customer is strong which allows for fast paced technical exchanges

Cons

HR leadership clearly is focused on personal career growth and not the well-being of the employees HR was interested in portraying an environment instead of investing time into cultivating a real culture Lots of turnover of much of the brain trust that got the company to where it is

Chaotic, Unstable, and Mismanaged

Pros

Honestly, struggling to find any. Maybe some talented coworkers but they left.

Cons

Parry Labs is a nightmare to work for. Leadership has no clear direction, priorities change constantly, and expectations are unrealistic without proper support. Layoffs happen regularly. HR is overly involved but lacks an understanding of the business. Morale is low, turnover is high, and everyone wants out.

Integrity Lacking, Pay Present

Business Outlook

Pros

Pay, and the type of customers and work is significant and purposeful

Cons

The company is entirely dictated by Program Management, which holds more power than any other organization. Engineering teams constantly find themselves prioritizing unrealistic schedules and undefined budgets over product completeness, customer satisfaction, and overall deliverability. Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and even product founders—those with deep institutional knowledge—have been leaving in large numbers. High turnover has become a major issue, driven by overwhelming workloads and excessive program management control. Instead of fostering innovation and quality, the current structure prioritizes arbitrary deadlines, creating an unsustainable work environment. Until leadership reevaluates this approach and balances priorities more effectively, the company will continue to lose valuable talent
