Cons

The company pays well for the best talent, this means you NEED industry and discipline experience to hit the ground running or you will fall behind. Entry level positions are rare. Contract deadlines are often unreasonable/impossible to deliver the quality of product promised. Frequent Re-orgs give the impression VPs and up do not know what they are doing. High turnover rate due to "hero" mentality burnout (one person knows everything), disbelief in PMF (product market fit), budget cuts lead to positions being OBE or performance-based firing
