Thank you for your review! We’re happy to hear you’ve had a positive new hire experience, we’ll be sure to pass these kudos along to our training team! Have you checkout out our on-site food market yet? It’s in the lunch room & great for when hunger strikes. It’s stocked with snacks, drinks, lunch items & even ice cream (can you tell we like food?) for our team members to purchase. We do provide 401K employer match (stop by to see our Talent Team to learn more) but don’t offer an HSA match at this time. We appreciate your feedback and hope that you feel empowered to take advantage of all the benefits you’re provided – they’re just a small way to say “thank you” for your hard work!

Pros

There are very few. They claim the culture, profit sharing and casual environment are pros but they are not. It is the worst culture I have ever been employed at. I have worked for best in class companies and tey are worst in class

Cons

Culture, Profit sharing, work environment, incentive programs, awards are the biggest joke its a popularity contest! What they try to sell people on when hiring them are a joke compared to all other companies in the area.

Thank you for sharing your feedback, we’re sorry to hear your experience working with us fell short of our intentions. We genuinely hope you’ve found a company and role that meets your needs. Our goal is to foster an inclusive and fair work environment that rewards our team members for living our core values and going above & beyond – which is why our profit sharing, incentive programs and awards programs reflect this. Our monthly and annual core value awards are 100% peer nominated. These awards are all about recognizing team members, nominated by their peers, for the incredible things they do when they think no one is watching. In addition, our profit sharing and incentive programs are solely based off of company and individual performance metrics. We apologize if these programs weren’t explained in this way and welcome your feedback on how we can make these programs more clear to new hires in the future. Please email talent@partstown.com if you’re open to a conversation.

Thanks for your 5-star review! It’s great to hear that you enjoyed Parts Town’s atmosphere and culture during your time here. Over the last year we’ve added many new roles to the company to support our mission and commitments to our customers, some of which are outside sales positions - we’re excited to continue to hire top talent! Thanks again for your raving review.
