Amenities for employees, gym, game room,etc..

Cons

No time to even use the nice amenities. No time to even go to the bathroom... poor training.

Solid working environment - nice facilities, game room, great technology, impressive distribution center etc Quality work/life balance Phenomenal leadership team with an array of experience Opportunity for growth is there They care and strive for continuous improvement

Cons

Like any company with the type of explosive growth Parts Town has seen, there are going to be growing pains. Pay is not competitive across departments, leaving some team members underwhelmed.
