There’s a strong emphasis on trust, autonomy, and accountability — no micromanagement, just support when you need it. Work-life balance is outstanding. The company respects personal time, encourages taking PTO, and promotes flexibility. As a remote-first organization, they’ve built processes and collaboration practices that make distributed work seamless and engaging. Compensation and benefits are competitive and thoughtfully structured. Professional development is encouraged, whether through certifications, conferences, or learning opportunities. Team members are incredibly talented, humble, and collaborative—there’s a shared sense of purpose and pride in delivering high-quality products to customers.

      Pros

      Everyone has customer passion, shows up with expertise and enthusiasm. Leadership really pays attention to values and culture, which translates to an awesome can-do and supportive environment. Annual all team gathering is a great example of this.

      Cons

      Nothing negative, just needs your passion...If you're coming from a large company, success will require personal flexibility and willingness to dive in to create new processes and drive initiatives for growth.
