      I have been in this industry for over 35 years and have worked with many Fortune 500 companies throughout my career. But I can genuinely say that Justin and Marie have built something special—a company where you're treated like family. And I mean that sincerely. When was the last time your employer recognized your birthday and gave you a gift? Here, they go above and beyond to create an exceptional work environment. You’re not just given the bare minimum; you get everything you need to succeed—top-of-the-line laptops, stunning 49-inch curved 4K monitors, and even a yearly allowance to personalize your workspace. Pretty awesome, right? This place is truly magical, and I’m grateful to be part of it. Justin and Marie are not only approachable but lead by example, treating others the way they would want to be treated. If you get the opportunity to work here, you won’t regret it. And if you leave, you may never realize what you’ve had. After 35 years in the industry, I would know. If I’m lucky, I hope to finish my career here.

      Positive work environment and fantastic culture Growth mindset encouragement for career growth and development Unbelievable total reward packages (compensation, benefits & perks) The most generous Co-Founders who defined our values and ensure we all talk the talk and walk the walk - starting with them and they model these behaviors to the tee!

      This is not really a con but…. with a growth mindset comes change and it’s best suited for individuals that can move comfortably through change, who want to continue to grow and pursue excellence and are excited by all the opportunities we still have to unlock!!!!!

Leadership is on the ball, in touch with customers and employees Work life balance is a part of the culture Service to customers in all facets of the business is top-notch Product is awesome functionally and technically/customers love it 3-Year goals are more than achievable They hire smart, honest, authentic hard-working people Grew 35% last year and now patching over 24,400,000 devices and growing It's a great time to join the company with the growth they have had and what they are planning
