My experience at PatientPoint was disappointing due to inadequate training and poor communication. My leaders I found deceitful and unprofessional. Their actions created a challenging work environment and, in my opinion, did not align with the values PatientPoint claims to uphold.
My rights under the National Labor Relations Act were interfered with, and I was often spoken to condescendingly. My termination felt unjust and non-compliant with fair employment practices.
In my 16 years of corporate experience, I have never encountered such a lack of integrity and respect in leadership. I hope the organization takes steps to address these issues for the sake of its employees and reputation.
