Co -workers , PTO, weekends off

Cons

The daily number of calls you and the daily talk otime expecfed, each day to hit unrealistic sales quota. Micromanaging managers, too many unnecessary meetings .

Pros

Vast improvements from when I started here at PatientPoint vs. now. In terms of process, product offerings, benefits and perks - the company continues to achieve more and more. My career has really taken off here. My leader welcomes feedback and provides me with opportunities for growth and learning. I truly feel like my contributions are recognized.

Cons

Not necessarily a con, but something worth mentioning: growth is not given out here, you have to earn it by working hard and communicating with your leader that you want to take on more and progress up the ladder. They will work with you on a growth plan.
