Pros

Earlier in April 2021 I wrote a review where I asked PatientPoint to update their maternity leave policy. It was 4 weeks at 60% pay - based all on FMLA. I deleted that review so I can leave this update instead. PatientPoint listened to my Glassdoor review (& feedback from others) and did a complete overhaul of our benefits for 2022. Maternity leave is now 4 months full pay, and Paternity leave is 1 month of full pay. This is incredibly generous for all parents. They also added a benefit towards IVF services, which was unexpected and generous too. PatientPoint listens to our feedback and makes improvements. I love working here because our leadership & HR really listen and make changes. I feel very cared for as an employee.

Cons

Consider this neutral feedback: PatientPoint is requiring all employees to go back to their home offices in a hybrid model in January 2022. Some people are very upset about this as there are so many benefits to full-time remote work. But for me, I personally like working in our very trendy Cincinnati office. Job hunters should take into consideration that full-time remote is not the culture here.

Pros

Recently how PatientPoint meets and follows their mission statement has evolved because of a merger/reorganization. It's still a good company with a noble cause, but the efforts of many staff could eventually be undermined by a top-heavy upper management team.

Cons

Some individuals on the top-heavy upper management team may use company resources as their own ATM
