Good Processes Fantastic workplace for freshers and people with 1-3yrs of exp Onsite opportunities are favourable

Cons

Compensation is below par Lousy managers Partial bias and groupism Not a good place for skilled proffesionals Even below average proffesionals are given good ratings and rewards which is pathetic

- A very good Working environment. - Software Process that are followed are really good. - A Big Name To work with. - Training department is one of the best in the industry.

Cons

- Very Low Compensation (Sometimes a fresher will draw more salary than you.) - Policies are not in favor if employees. - Appraisal Process is not transparent and it takes hell lot of time ( at least 7 Months).
