Pros

Good training and may be a good company to start the career. Onsite chances depends on your location and account.

Cons

After your bond, look out for good opportunities. Only a few big accounts. Not able to compete with India's big 4. They have grown exponentially in last 10 years but patni didn't even half of that.

Long term onsite, if you are lucky enough.Good infrastructure at least in one office,Airoli. Not too much work load,as you become experienced.

Cons

Pathetic salary, worst pay master in entire industry. No promotion ( even if it happens, salary hike will be minimal) You have to fight for everything.

Pros

Criteria for selection pretty low any body can get selected easily as fesher. Training is really good. Great PKP office.

Cons

HR(Resource manager) sucks just sitting and earning salary No preference of location Hard to work in south India branches (local language used as language of communication between colleagues) Have to work on other than known technology (for freshers) Poor appraisal and compensation and poor increment too(Not according to performance)
