-Overworked at the Staff level, little project manager support, projects underbid consistently -No year-end bonuses, no overtime pay on time and material contracts, no sick time (PTO pool is worse that industry standard) -401k and tuition assistance benefits are a joke -Management lacks cultural and gender diversity -Management style is outdated and does not care for industry standards. The ratio of Vice Presidents to employees is laughable. -CEO is unhinged, makes impulsive decisions that affect the company greatly, and has a history of making sexist comments consistently

The good intentions and ideas often are not followed through to fruition due to lack of commitment or change of focus and/or personnel. Benefits average, 401(k) match not great. Profit sharing and bonus fall short of what they present as possible. Some people and groups can be difficult to work with. Getting to the size where the bureaucracy sometimes gets in the way of production. Accounting not transparent.
