Pros

There are plenty of opportunities for lateral and vertical advancement as well as overtime and incentive pay.

Cons

Management can often lose sight of why OT is needed and resorts to hounding staff wondering why OT is occurring. There is constant change in the upper management, and even C-levels, of multiple key departments. This leads to a complete lack of direction past a day to day grind.

Need Lots of Change

Pros

Yes, the benefits are nice. The people are nice.

Cons

The training is simply not enough. Even in "training" you are expected to not make mistakes. TLs in training cubes are rarely available and seniors that are supposed to be help cannot because they themselves are overwhelmed. Benefits like the "well-being" center are unusable due to overloaded calendars because of clients and other specialists who quit and deals get reassigned. No one is on the same page for answers on best practice either. I see the potential that Paycom could do with this position but they have not executed operations or training in a manner that fixes their turn over rate.

Pros

$4 Lunch, $1 Medical Insurance

Cons

They will over load you with work, under train you, and fire you for not performing at a senior level standard. THIS IS NOT AN ENTRY LEVEL JOB. THIS IS NOT A DATA ANALYST JOB either. Run as far as you can. The pay is not worth it. Absent HR despite it being an HR company.
