Pros

Very nice corporate office. 25 cent sodas. No lack of "we are one big happy family" events. Straight forward business.

Cons

Holidays below average ( no day after thanksgiving, etc). Vacation is 15 PTO days, no sick time. PPO deductible is $1500, HSA deductible is $2500. If you don't submit to a blood test, and a series of "health activities" throughout the year, your premiums double. Jeans Friday only if you volunteer for the company. Benefits don't start for 60 to 90 days. During the interviews, they do not disclose that there is a 60 probationary period to your employment, and it's no rubber stamp, some ( but not all) managers will hold it over your head from day one. If you don't make their cut, you will be called into a meeting, your things collected and escorted from the building. If you relocated, you will have to sign a lawsuit waiver, otherwise they will demand the move money back. Prior to employment you must disclose 10 years of both employment and address history, to the day. Just an all around mean spirited group of people.
