Pros

You get paid, not much else is good.

Cons

You have to watch your back with the company. Management is well known and documented to talk behind your back and target employees. They will make up reasons to terminate employees, as they must fire a certain number during time periods. No raises. No room for advancement.

Pros

Good pay and benefits.Iinsurance premiums are low, they match dollar for dolar in 401k, good relationships with store managers and receivers

Cons

A constant heavy workload week after week. Workload became unbearable over a few years due to always constantly on ad every week with al the grocery chains, and also t the same time the company implemented an across the board pay cut which was very unfair. Also you were on your own with very little support from the management team. No team concept whatsoever.

Pros

If you hate yourself, have 0 skills, and don't like fast food then I suppose this will work

Cons

The management is a joke. Half of them have no idea what they're doing and the other half cares so little about their employees it's amazing to think they have families and their spouses are married to them on purpose. Your coworkers are just as miserable as you are and have no problem throwing a fit in your face or over the radio every couple of seconds. It gets to the point where you have to turn the radio off cause all you hear is people whining. Also the health insurance is a scam. I've asked to make an appointment with several Dr's, dentists, eye doctors, and they will say one of the following: we don't use that insurance; I've never even heard of that insurance; are you sure you have the name right or are you making up an insurance company name?
