Pros

None in the last two years.

Cons

I have been moved into a position in last year that was held previously by multiple Senior level associates. Have not gotten one penny of a raise in two years. I am harassed via phone/text if I use my unscheduled sick time. Constantly patronized and treated like a child. My previous managers were great but everyone who hired me left the company last year. I have never been written up or disciplined in any way yet I am treated poorly if I make any mistake or have a misunderstanding.

Pros

Being able to work from home when you don't live in the area. Friendly training and coworkers.

Cons

Lack of organization ; things happen without any notice or clear path. Schedule can change out of nowhere when needed. Lack of updated resources, availability in necessary languages and Team Leads not always available when needed; we receive too much conflicting information. Outdated and laggy resources and tools. Training doesn't go deep enough when it comes to explaining how to use and navigate certain resources. Camera is required at all times, which creates more stress and anxiety for no reason. You are basically tied to your desk with very little time allocated for mental breaks and personal life. You waste 5 minutes every morning just to log in into the different systems.

Cons

You don’t get trained the full 8 weeks we got trained 3 weeks and while working if needing help they don’t know the answer just like you so the customer sits and wait for answers also if you call out you get pointed you get pointed for being late for lunch breaks you get pointed for forgetting to punch out for lunch you get call avoidance for transferring a call without permission you have to have permission to do transfers which this was the first job I had to do this they don’t train properly and the ones that there barely understand
