Pros

There are some wonderful hardworking people here who will leave as soon as another opportunity surfaces.

Cons

HR has been an absolute nightmare for years, and more recently the majority of the people in the HR department resigned within 4 months of each other. The overwhelming majority of managers and executives have been with the company a very short time most less than 3 years. There is a Lord of the Flies feeling throughout most departments. Executives communicate with vague or negative mass emails. The ability to advance is unrealistic and getting worse. When someone starts with the company the amount of time it would take to work up through the ranks to an upper level position as per the job descriptions that HR sends out would take longer than most peoples working careers. This causes people to be hired from outside or favoritism on the inside. To say attrition is a revolving door is an understatement, more like a high speed meat grinder. Management loves to blame the "Client" but for the most part the client is reasonable, of course they always want more and more for less and less but that is basic business. The upper management teams (top of the pyramid in FL, the ELT in MI and the HR department) are caustic and belligerent. This company is BROKEN!

Pros

There is a real sense of commodity within the organization and most will treat you like family.

Cons

Pay is below industry standard in all departments. Employees are encouraged to go above and beyond without any real incentive.

Pros

Has employee recognition events once in a while.

Cons

Poor management and leadership.Human resources makes it clear, that employers are able to take action on negative publicity or posting negative thoughts or reviews since we are a "right to work state". I fear for my job but feel that people have the right to be aware of their future (possible) employer's practices. Any offers outside of your offer letter ensure you get in writing. We were told we could work from home, but because it was not in writing, a year later and new management later, we are being forced to return to the office. If you read anything in this review **get any offers in writing** I can only speak to my experiences in the training dept. and the HR dept. I have worked at multiple employers and have been in the education and learning environment long enough to know that these practices are not the industry standard.
