Pros

In the beginning, things were great. From entry level phone agent and up through the ranks of WFM. Plenty of challenging work, excellent colleagues, wonderful management, and genuine recognition.

Cons

Once a contract ended, unrelated to the company at large no less, cost recovery began. Admin roles began being outsourced to the Philippines to individuals who had no aptitude for the positions being granted. Mid level and department level managers were chastised, punished, and exited for bringing these concerns to the VP and executive level leadership, and from there the castle came crashing down.

Pros

There are none. Every bad review you've read on Glassdoor about the leadership team at Percepta is true.

Cons

Executive leadership is a joke. The company is run by a raging alcoholic and her best friends. Global Operations phones it in when they aren't at the bar. The Human Resources team have zero ethics or morals and cultivate a culture of pit vipers.

Pros

The company that I work for is very good. Great culture. Great training. Positive and supportive environment.

Cons

I am a new employee, have been working here for 4 weeks, going on 5 and I have not yet been compensated. Percepta management has horrible communication. They failed to explain that it would take this much time or effort in order to receive my first paycheck. They send your check on the date you get paid, then policy states they have to wait 5 days in order to place an emergency stop pay on your check if you don't receive it in the mail (which I haven't), then they have to investigate that the check hasn't been deposited elsewhere, THEN they can initiate a "emergency direct deposit". I have NEVER had such a difficulty with any other employer to get paid. Unreasonable and outdated. This is 2018. It's been a month. I had obligations to fulfill that have now been marked as late and I have accrued late fees which raised the amount of money I have to pay... all because it's such a difficult process in order for my to receive my money. This is such a waste of time, incredibly frustrating. It's 2018 and it shouldn't be this difficult to get paid.
