Pros

Some dedicated leaders at the local level.

Cons

Leaders not allowed to do what is best for the staff. Staff is blamed for the insecurities and lack of leadership skills at the Sr leaders level not the location leadership. If you are looking to be mentored, valued, career pathed or rewarded Pecepta is not. The place for you.

Pros

Their paychecks arrive on time

Cons

If you are not part of the "in crowd", you will never advance. They will use your skills, and beat you down at the same time. I know most employers dont normally owe you anything, as you are there to provide a service to them and their customers, however... for a business that is supposed to build customer loyalty for their client, they can sure use a lesson on rewarding employee loyalty.

Pros

Most of the co-workers you will like and they'll make you feel welcome at least to start out.

Cons

I used to be a fan of Percepta, but now, they just want to do whatever makes them look good on Instagram, or Facebook or any other social media. They've gone out and spent time and resources seeking awards no one has heard of or cares about but again, but it makes them look good and they told us that we need to grow the company, we're going to do it on your backs, but oh yea... your bonuses aren't going to be what they used to be, can't wait to see if merit is going to even come close to cost of living increase. So much going on and with all the new hiring, no wonder we won't see our usual bonus or merit increases to match cost of living - they have to pay the new people so much now. There is no real development from leaders so if you're a Supervisor or a Manager, you need to do a lot of self-study so you can take it somewhere else because they won't recognize it.
