Pros

This is a terrible place to work. It you want to be disrespected and paid a poor wage take a job here.

Cons

They cycle through there leadership team and have had 6 or 7 CEOs since they have been in business. They are the poor relatives of the Ford Motor Company that owns them jointly with Teletech.

Pros

The location is good, and there are not many jobs in Melbourne. location is really the only reason why some of us stay there.

Cons

not a very professional place to work for. they do not respect the value of the employees. it's pretty draining, and I do not know anyone who is satisfied with working there. maybe if you are in upper management and make over 50k, but for the rest of us it is depressing. take the job if you have to because the economy is not good and try to make the best of it. but in the meantime, keep looking. they'll work you to death with poor compensation. it's also a cheesy place to work. it's almost like you are in an elementary school with all the junk and smiley faces they have hanging on the walls throughout the call center. very strange place to work for.

Pros

Ford affiliation: Working with a major automotive brand gives the role a sense of prestige, and you do gain valuable insight into vehicle systems, warranty policy, and claims processing. • Remote flexibility: Depending on your team, there may be opportunities to work from home, which is a plus. • Training: Percepta does provide solid training when you first start, especially in understanding Ford’s systems and processes. • Good coworkers: Most team members are friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to help each other out when the system or workload gets overwhelming.

Cons

Micromanagement: There’s a heavy focus on call metrics and adherence, which can make the environment feel rigid. Not much room for autonomy or decision-making. • Pace and pressure: High call volume with little downtime. You’re expected to maintain productivity even during system outages or technical issues. • Pay and growth: Compensation is okay for an entry-level role, but raises and advancement opportunities are limited unless you plan to stay long-term or move into management. • System issues: Frequent tech glitches and outdated tools can make daily tasks frustrating, especially when trying to assist customers efficiently.
