Pros

Percepta Core Values are taken seriously. Culture of service- We treat every touchpoint as an opportunity to make it easier for others. *OTHERS=coworkers, customers, everyone! Respect- We treat everyone with dignity and respect. Proactive- We act-- not react Teamwork- We promote effective teamwork and open communication. This job is all about relationships and growth. The people are amazing, and everyone sticks to our core values.

Cons

It can be chaotic because we have so much information changing and processes being fine tuned. These things happens sometimes hourly or daily. Having the flexibility to go with the flow and take constructive feedback and apply it are a must. That being said, remember that we have respect for everyone. It is not ever a 'yelled at' or 'talked down to' situation. It is normal conversation. It is positive. Our team works HARD together to exceed expectations and we all work together.

Pros

I was hired as a new employee and began training. Percepta gives a good impression with decent pay, good benefits, and room to grow. The trainers were very knowledgeable, and were always there to provide support.

Cons

Context: They have a strict attendance policy for employees while they are in the training program. Additionally, they also have a strict COVID 19 policy for all in-person employees. At this point in the program, I was a certified as an Inquiry Agent(halfway point of the training) and I only missed one day. When I caught COVID 19, I informed HR of my COVID diagnosis. Instead of putting me on temporary unpaid sick leave and/or having me work as an Inquiry Agent until the next training class, HR chose to terminate me with rehire eligibility. Learn from my experience and quarantine during the training period.

Pros

-They offer remote or hybrid options

Cons

-Expensive health insurance -Not enough PTO days -No room to grow -Many payroll mistakes -Lack of communication between their client and the employees -No tolerance to human mistakes -High turn over (many people quitting or getting fired)
