Pay could be more due to inflation. Pay was fine before inflation hit.

I've been happy here at Percepta for 9 years. The management is always willing to work with you to be sure you are successful. The pay rate is very competitive.

Cons

Downside to working for Percepta is that you can't choose your own work hours. The shift depends on what position you hold. They are, however, very flexible if you need special accomations.

Pros

Percepta is a company that really makes a lot of effort to treat their employees like family and make sure that they feel appreciated and important. They always give recognition for hard work and show their appreciation at all times whether it be through performance bonuses, certificates or even just thanking the employees verbally through meetings. The work environment is so cozy and their is an equal balance between work and play.

Cons

There aren't really any cons that I can think of at this point and time, but we all know there is always room for improvement in anything and everything within a company.
