A stepping stone.

Pros

This place is only a stepping stone to get where you really want to be in life. Work from home (pandemic reasoning).

Cons

Not an ideal place to grow. Clique-mentality workers and team leaders. Lot of micromanagement. Sliding schedules that are obtained in a shift bid that make it fairly impossible to keep obligations outside of work or even another job. A brutal discipline system especially if you ever have to call out that will affect you in a number way, even when applying for another position.

Pros

My training with a specific trainer was amazing! But that’s the only pro!

Cons

No work life balance! This company does not care about their employees. They work they employees like a dog, while the upper management reap all of their hard work! When the employee meets service level, they pay upper management and upper management PUSH to meet service level! The pay rate is not good for all the stuff they expect you to do! Then when you leave, they put you through hell getting your last pay check! By far the worst company I’ve ever worked for! Mental health is real, PROTECT IT!

Worst company ever

The pay and the benefits were livable.

This is probably the worst company I’ve ever worked for in the work from home environment. The hiring process gave scam vibes as I was hired for a completely different job than what I was told about when I was hired. The entire training I went without having access to the systems that was supposed to be used. After the training during the 2 week A-Bay period, the environment became extremely stressful as the supervisors did not try to help when taking calls. Whenever the training class gave feedback about something, the supervisors became less helpful. One of the higher ups (HE) is very unprofessional and rude. You have no privacy whatsoever, the higher up reads every message that you send even when it is supposed to be a “personal” conversation. After reaching out to HR about the concerns I had, they were not helpful at all. I even learned from the trainer that the higher up (he) has been extremely disrespectful to her on many occasions & she was told to ignore him and to be glad she doesn’t work for him anymore. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to apply or work for this company because they do not care about their employees, they only want people to talk to their customers so they don’t have to. The brand itself was trash, the cars were trash (many customers complained how they had new vehicles recently purchased and the vehicles had been in the shop for months at a time), the retailers give the customers the run around and send them to customer service while customer service sends them right back to the retailer.
