Can't think of anything worth mentioning

Cons

Worked a year and a half without a raise. You're totally expendable. No recognition for hard work.

don't have to work weekends don't have to be on your feet all day good full time hours paid holidays

Cons

the pay is not enough the customers on the phone are mostly always in a bad mood break times are super short

Pros

Comparatively decent pay for the area, but not the industry, for an individual without a degree.

Cons

In many states, one can prove they have been targeted for termination and sue their employer. In Florida, workers have no rights. Be aware that i observed this practice on multiple occasions in my 6 years with this company, before ultimately falling victim to it myself. If you need a job, they’ve got them, but always keep your eye on the door. The culture of this company is irredeemably toxic from the uppermost levels. Stay away if you can.
