      Pay is below market average Culture - very clicky. If your face fits great, if it doesn’t good luck No opportunities for progression and unable to take on additional projects due to extreme ER caseload Ops Managers can treat others very unkindly

      Supportive staff Plenty of resources to help you do your job.

      Cons

      Their is ALOT to learn and most of the training will be done on the job so you have to pick up about 85% of what you need to do outside of training.
