      Pros

      Great place to work; enjoy the positive team environment for mostly remote team. Managers are supportive. Work is engaging and get the opportunity to provide direct recommendations into the engineering team to help develop the platform.

      Pros

      The product has an excellent market fit and is extremely well received within the industry. PermitFlow is a rare "need to have". Outside of a few companies which have poured insane resources into having very robust internal systems and processes, there is no apples-to-apples competition. Extremely high-growth, hard-working culture. Everyone is highly competent and available. Leadership is fixated on retaining talented, hard-working team members. If you fit that profile, from a career development perspective, you have a rare opportunity to see different sides of the business and pivot according to your interests. Full suite of benefits, free lunch, unlimited PTO.

      Cons

      This is a startup - don't expect to have your hand held. You must succeed in ambiguity, and go above and beyond your job description, which some find "unrewarding". Leadership is hyper-analytical and data-driven, and decisions will be made accordingly. This can be frustrating for those who have expectations coming from other environments. Any one star review on here is dramatic, although I do see where they're coming from.

      Pros

      Offers a genuinely fast-paced environment where you're given real responsibility quickly. Your actions have direct impact. The company rewards self-starters who can take initiative and run with projects. Love working with high caliber people across the org and levels. Quick iteration between the business and Prod/Eng. The work is meaningful as we're tackling real challenges in the construction and permitting space.

      Cons

      This isn't an environment for those who need heavy guidance, it is hard to coast or just get by. The pace can be demanding, and expectations are high. We're still developing better cross-functional communication processes, and priorities can shift quickly.
