      Still a Great Company

      Pros

      Work/ Life balance, especially with children. International travel. Paid at/ maybe slightly above market rates. Immensely talented group of people full of inspiring work. Friendly coworkers often gather outside work. Many educational and training options.

      Cons

      Infrequent raises. Designers are paid much lower than the rest of the company. Slow career paths, infrequent promotions. Business decisions are often short sighted. Low investment into groundbreaking propositions.

      Pros

      Great customers. Out of touch management.

      Cons

      Being loyal to a company used to be big in the 80's. Stay a long time, we'll take care of you. Not the culture here. In this toxic environment, everyone pushes for the spotlight and steps on others to make it happen. Raises? A true joke. Other sections will dole out 7% and up yearly, which still barely competes with this horrible inflation, but here we are lucky to receive 1%
