      Used to be a great company, now on decline

      Pros

      Used to be a great company to work for. Reasonably good pay, good benefits, good working conditions.

      Cons

      Company full of old people. Nothing to motivate youngsters to join. IT department has almost been moved out to India.

      low pay rate and high pressure

      Pros

      kind of stable if you are productive.

      Cons

      Very low pay rate compared to other companies with the similar role. Very high work pressure, feel no matter how hard you did, managers feel you should be more productive. Almost no career development for you.
