      Pros

      Good pay (they need to pay well in order to get people to stay). Good benefits.

      Cons

      Culture needs a lot of work - it has become broken. Leadership is entirely new and every new leader comes in with new ideas causing everyone to have to pivot. This is a consistent issue. People are overworked. Difficult to train new associates due to low bandwidth and bad training programs.
