      Awful "boys' club" culture

      good salary and some great colleagues

      Cons

      Appalling senior management. Appalling leadership, Tolerant of racism and misogyny. People were given opportunities becuase they had a special relationship with the director and not based on experience and capability.

      Good place to work, great people, sending a lot of work to Panama

      Pros

      Good place to work for the most part and with great people. You have a sense of pride working for the company as you know they are making a difference in patients' lives.

      Cons

      The company is short-sighted, layoffs seem to be a recurring theme (beyond bottom performers), upper management is constantly shifting labor to different countries, there's little investment in salaried employees, you will be constantly reminded of your pay grade, it seems that most of the department was being sent to Panama in the coming years, it also seemed like much of GBS was being sent to Panama as well.
