Horrible treatment by management. All the managers are jerks. pilot SAYS they are hiring part time, but they really only hire full time. They give you an ok schedule for a little while, then up your hours ALOT. It’s common to work 16 hrs in a day!! If you’re lucky you can work 12 and come back in 7 hrs later and start over again. No time off, horrible work to home life balance. They work you to death! Very stressful. Maintenance is very unsanitary. Try cleaning poop off of everything. On a daily basis. If you’re a good worker, you’ll get used and abused. Run now if you considered this job!!!

No opportunities to move up. A lot of unrelated work such as cleaning and maintenance.
