Growth organization. Reasonable pay. If you want to be in the truck stop business there aren't many choices and this is the largest. Profitable company with no danger of going out-of-business
Cons
Really unfair to the rank and file. For the money they make, the benefits should be much better. Nobody will ever retire from there. They get rid of people before they vest in profit sharing plans. They don't encourage new thinking. You have to suck up to the boss t to get ahead and the management team realizes that. So they just kick the dog to get ahead. The company portrays itself as such great and generous people. Nothing could be farther form the truth. They are cold-blooded to the core and don't care about people. Their generosity to charities is based on what is good for the name and business.
