As Flying J before it became Pilot run was a great company to work for. But, now it is very different in the sense that you are expected to work 55 to 60 hrs. per week no matter what every week. And you are only scheduled for 47.50; the same reason I had to get out of my last Management position.

The pay is great! However, the pay is not worth the work you will put in. It averages out that your employees, if they worked the same amount of hours, would probably make more than you! You work right in the middle of the day so anything in the morning is cut off , and you wont get home til late because you're not allowed to leave, even if you come in 3 hours early because you scheduled yourself in bluecube so you will have to stay unti it is scheduled to leave... so you wont get home til the kids are in bed. So you will have no family life whatsoever! It used to be a family run business and they cared about you and your family, but now it has turned into a money grubbing business that stretches every dollar out of you even if they are killing you!
