      Pros

      great entertainment if your into laughing at grumpy people all day. fast paced so the time goes by quickly. they do have a 1-800 number for employees to call for issues their having. GM has every weekend off (only a pro if your a GM). Insurance available. 1/2 off at subway (up to $4.00)

      Cons

      bad hours for shift leaders, some weeks they do all three shifts 1st, 2nd & 3rds. raises are few and far between. not enough employees, if someone calls in your shift is gonna be bad because there's no one else to call to come in. TOO MUCH POLITICS.

      The experience of learning many sides of a full service restaurant.Testing your strenth , weakness and abilties for every kind of food service.

      Cons

      Schedules done the day before you work.Reviews done only when you beg.Restaurant side is never on the same playing field as the C-Store.

      Active job with many different facets to keep you busy. Good job stability for crew members who can show up to work.

      Cons

      Ridiculous labor standards. Incredible favoratism from upper management. What have you done for me lately means in the last week. A great manager is someone who works more hours than anyone else. Pathetic, almost non-existant training hours available to develop crew. A "human resources" department that exists to defend upper managements whims. Politics, politics, politics...brown nosers please apply. A company culture that could care less about the employees outside life and if they burn out...well there are always more desperate people out there to use up!
