Some of the smartest people on the planet building something that truly stands ahead of anything else out there. If you are interested in machine learning, voice biometrics, or new tech, there's no comparison
Cons
The company has somehow fostered a negative culture where employees avoid taking risks in fear that they will be negatively ridiculed for it. Executive management is overly involved in tactical work and needlessly imposes a lot of reactive measures that send teams scrambling. Weekend heroics and firefighting are often met with no response at all from management or a sense that it wasn't good enough.
